May I have
your grids and graphs?
Sorry but no I will not share them. These are
specifically for The Bead Shak use only. Please do
not ask. They will not be shared or sold.
How can I make my
own bead patterns?
Please do not ask me to show you how to make your
own patterns. I simply do not have the time to
respond to these questions. I design all of my
patterns bead by bead. They are not conversions and I do not use Beading
Software so I can not tell you how to use it.
Where can I buy
the beads and other supplies that you use in your
patterns?
We use a variety of crafting supplies in our
projects. Most of it can be purchased at your local
craft store. However in the event that you cannot
find the items you need, it is readily available
online for purchase. We do not promote any companies
but we are happy to share a few of our favorites
with you. Please shop at your own risk. We are not
affiliated with any of these companies. They are
simply links.
I did not receive my patterns, What do I do?
If you have not received the patterns you
ordered please note:
Our orders are
always delivered personally as soon as they
are received. We take great pride in
providing excellent
customer relations. Sometimes customers have
spam guard or email detections that they are
unaware of through their internet providers
that cause unknown emails to either be
undelivered to them or delivered through
safeguards.
Perhaps they
landed in your spam folder or bulk mail
folder. Please look there.
If
you have not received your order within 24 hours
please contact us and let us know. Unless we
know that you did not receive it then we are to
assume that you have. We always want you to be
completely satisfied. We will happily resend
them to you. If you are unable to receive them
through email we will set up another delivery
method allowing you download them.
