Are Non-Refundable! No exceptions! Sorry! If you
have a problem with your order please contact us and
we will do our best to correct the problem. No
refunds will be given and patterns will not be
replaced.It
is each individual's responsibility to back-up
important data. Please place your original files
onto a floppy disk or other removable media. We will
not replace your lost patterns.
